In these days, we can gain much information through social channels. There are many customers that came to EHDR with basic knowledge that they learned through online. Some user will do the recovery according to the step that shows online. But, those information delivered false impression and causes further damage on the user’s HDD.

Recovery Procedure

It is not simple as it shows in online videos. There are many consequences which are not shared through online. The action that was recorded online is a correct procedure subject to certain condition. In recovery fields of expertise, the recovery process might be different depending on HDD condition.
