Problem Description:

A customer had sent in one Intel 500GB Internal SSD, according to customer description, this SSD was hand and shows slow response when connecting to a computer.

Action to be taken:

Ever Higher data recovery specialist open the cover and examine the processor and memory chip using the power meter, see any loosen pin. After finding out everything was fine.

Directly connect the SSD to the computer motherboard using SATA cable, the problem exists. Connect the SSD using one of our data recovery tools, this time, the SSD was not handed and all the folder manage to see. So, our data recovery specialist clones out the data.

Next step, our data recovery specialist suspect there is firmware corrupted, so he uses the data recovery tool to repair the SSD firmware. After which he connects back the SSD to the computer again, the problem disappears, our data recovery specialist managed to solve the problem by rewriting the firmware.
