Case description:

A customer contacted us to recover data from an iPhone 12 Pro (128GB). She has been using the iPhone 12 Pro since it was released. She had a lot of data on the phone and her memory is always very full. The phone is getting slower and starts glitching. After a while the iPhone restarted itself and was unable to boot on anymore, it was stuck on the apple logo.  She went to a few places to check but they mentioned the data is irrecoverable and the iPhone must be reset. She tried to force restart but was unsuccessful and she also tried to update via iTunes, but it is still the same. She has a lot of photos, videos, and WhatsApp Business on the phone that needs to be recovered.

Action (Solution):

There’s an error detected, and it is confirmed that the issue is related to memory full, and memory overload. Data recovery will be possible. We managed to recover the data from the iPhone and stored the recovered data on a new external hard drive for her.
