Our team gotten a new case of RAID System failure, one of the hard disks fails. We perform a check to find out the root cause, before providing the solution to the customer.

Identified that there is clicking sound, suspect that the Read/Write head crashed for the faulty hard disk. Our engineer proposed to change the Read/Write head to prevent the disk platter from being scratched. Our engineer then replaces the Read/Write head in Class-100 Clean room. After changing the Read/Write head, our engineer will then clone the data out to an image disk. Then, using the software to rebuild the entire RAID system. Followed by transfer the data to the customer’s backup disk.

For this case, we are proud to say that we managed to recover 100% of customer’s data. Our customer we impressed with our service and gave compliments to our engineer. Great Job to our engineer team!
