Recently, we received a case on SanDisk Ultra 32Gb SD Card. This customer is a photographer, he was a bit anxious because the SD Card contains his customer wedding photo, and according to customer description, this SD Card had been used for about 2 years, and he suspects that because the too often read and write the SD Card, now the disk management cannot detect it anymore. This customer had search for some of the data recovery center, because of our good review and high recovery rate, he decided to engage our data recovery service.

As usual, when our data recovery specialist first received this hard disk drive, he performs an entire scan of the SD Card, makes sure there is damage on the SD Card. After checking, he found out that everything was fine. Next, he inserts the SD Card to the computer, he noticed that the computer was not able to detect the thumb drive, so he suspects that there may be a damage to the memory chip cause the disk management not able to detect the SD card, so he decides to wipe off the surface layer for further diagnosis.

After that he places the SD Card onto the Spider Board, and connect the memory chip using spider handle, the touch point where the spider handle connects is using the information he had research previously.

Our data recovery specialist was a success, the tool was able to detect the SD Card, so next step, he burns the image of the SD Card, and open another recovery tool to analyze whether the data is able to retrieve.
