A customer contacted us to diagnose his 4TB Western Digital 2.5” external hard drive. It is an old hard drive that he bought many years ago. He found that the drive stopped working when he try to do some work. When he connects the drive to his PC, computer cannot detect the drive anymore, the is no light on the hard disk anymore.
